Lost or Stolen Packages:

After your package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over what happens to it. Therefore, Olivia Blaire Boutique will not cover losses or assume responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided by the shipping company. We strongly advise you to monitor your package's tracking information regularly and contact the delivery company directly for more information if required.

Exchanges:

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help! Simply reach out to us at hi@oliviablaire.com, and our friendly team will be glad to assist you with your exchange.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Olivia Blaire. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a small restocking fee may apply to returned items. Our team will provide you with the details upon processing your return.

Address Change and Order Cancellation:
