Shipping:
We offer international shipping. Our shipping times range from 5-9 business days, depending on your location. We ship orders based on where inventory is readily available, including locations in the United States and overseas.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
After your package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over what happens to it. Therefore, Olivia Blaire Boutique will not cover losses or assume responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided by the shipping company. We strongly advise you to monitor your package's tracking information regularly and contact the delivery company directly for more information if required.
Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Olivia Blaire. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for mascara, an unused item from your order must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund or return. The mascara must remain unopened, unused, and undamaged.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a small restocking fee may apply to returned items. Our team will provide you with the details upon processing your return.
Address Change and Order Cancellation:
At Olivia Blaire Boutique, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible — often the same day it is placed. Because of this rapid turnaround, orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted, and we are unable to guarantee any changes to shipping addresses after an order is placed.
Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your shipping address, you may email us at [email protected] right away. While we cannot promise that changes can be made, we will always do our best to help.
If you no longer want your order once it arrives, we’re happy to help you initiate a return — as long as the product is unopened and meets the return criteria outlined in our policy.
